托业TOEIC*考试规则Test Regulations

1.考生报名时必须填写个人的真实信息，对于使用虚假和他人信息者，考试主办方有权取消该考生的考试成绩。

Candidates must provide valid personal information in test registration. The test organizer reserves the right to cancel the candidate’s score if information provided is found invalid.

2.考生须按要求准时到达考场。考试正式开始后，迟到的考生不允许进入考场参加考试。

Candidates must arrive on time as requested. Candidates who arrive late after the test has started are not allowed to enter.

3.考生应在入场时出示准考证及准考证上要求的有效身份证件（身份证、护照或军官证）和照片，外籍考生必须携带护照，台湾考生必须携带台湾居民来往大陆通行证，港澳考生可携带港澳居民身份证。以上证件均指原件。考生若没有携带准考证、有效身份证件、或者照片与本人面貌不一致，都将不能进入考场；持假证件者和被替考的考生，在两年内禁止参加TOEIC考试。

When entering, candidates will be asked to provide the admission ticket, at least one of the valid identification listed on the admission ticket (National ID, Passport or Military ID) and photos. Foreign test taker must bring passport. Taiwan test taker must bring The Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents. Hong Kong or Macao test taker must bring Hong Kong/Macao Permanent Identity Card. All identification must be originals. Candidates who fail to provide the admission ticket, valid identification or a matched photo will not be allowed to enter. Candidates with fake identification and impersonated candidates will be prohibited to participate in any TOEIC test in 2 years.

4.考生进入考场后将身份证件放置在桌面上方，以便检查。除证件外，所有其它个人物品，应放置在考场内指定的位置。

After entering the test room, candidates must place the identification on the desk for inspection. Except Identification, all other personal belongings should be placed in the designated area in the test room.

5.考生不要将贵重物品带到考场，考试主办方对考试期间丢失的个人物品不承担任何责任。

Do not bring valuables into the test room. The test organizer is not responsible for personal belongings lost during the test.

6.考生在进入考场前必须彻底关闭手机、掌上电脑等电子设备，在整个考试过程中，手机等电子设备不允许打开或使用。如发现手机等电子设备没有关闭，考生将被取消考试成绩。

All cell phones, PDAs, and other electronic devices must be turned off before entering the test room. Turning on or using cell phones or other electronic devices is forbidden during the test. If it is found that any candidate has not turned off any electronic device(s) during the test, the test score will be cancelled.

7.在考场监考人员宣布考生可以离开考场之前，考生不能提前离开考场。考生因特殊原因不能继续考试，需要到现场考务办公室等候，在考试结束后才能离开。

Candidates are not allowed to leave the seat until the administrator instructs to do so. Those who are not able to continue the exam due to special reason will be asked to wait in the administration office and allowed to leave after the test is finished.

8.对在考试过程中被发现有作弊行为的考生，我们保留进一步调查和处理直至取消其考试成绩的权利。对于在考试结束后发现的作弊行为或重大作弊嫌疑，我们有权对相关考生进行调查，并暂停发布其成绩或取消已发布的成绩，直至调查完毕，考生应对此予以配合。对于拒绝配合的考生，我们有权取消该考生成绩。

We reserve the right to further investigate, punish, or even cancel the score of the candidate(s) who is/are caught cheating during the test. For cheating or suspected cheating behavior found after the test, we have the right to investigate the candidate(s) involved and suspend to release his/her score or cancel his/her score already released until the investigation is completed. Candidates should be cooperative.We have the right to cancel the score of the candidate if he/she is not cooperative in the investigation.

9.考试过程中可能出现任何意外事故，考场监考人员都将按照托业*管理中心的规定提供现场解决方案，如果考生对解决方案有异议，需要在方案实施之前提出；否则，将被视为接受解决方案并承担该解决方案所带来的结果；考生接受现场解决方案后，对该事故及现场解决方案的投诉无效。

The administrator will provide on-site solution according to regulations of TOEIC China Management Center if any accident occurs during the exam. Objections must be raised before the solution is implemented, or else, candidates shall be deemed to have accepted the solution and take the consequences related; Complaints regarding the accident and solution are not accepted if candidates have accepted the on-site solution.

10.有下列行为的考生，按照托业*管理中心规定，将被取消考试资格、取消考试成绩并不退还考试费：

According to the regulations of TOEIC China Management Center, candidates involved in any of the followings will be disqualified, whose score will be cancelled, and whose test fee will not be refunded:

10.1 在考试正式开始后，迟到的考生；
Candidates who arrive late after the test has started;

10.2 有替考和被替考行为的考生；
Candidates who are proxy testers or impersonated;

10.3 在入场过程中或考试过程中，被发现证件或照片不符合TOEIC考试要求的考生；
Candidates whose identification or photos are found unqualified when entering the test room or during the test;

10.4 无论是否对考试造成影响，在考试过程中被发现使用手机等电子设备或手机等电子设备没有彻底关闭的考生；
Candidates caught using cell phones or other electronic devices or whose devices are not turned off completely during the test, disregarding the influence;

10.5 在考试过程中，有任何作弊行为的考生；
Candidates who are caught cheating of any kind;

10.6 在考场内交谈、喧哗或制造明显噪音，干扰其他考生考试，经监考人员一次警告后，没有停止干扰行为的考生；
Candidates who fail to stop talking, clattering, making noises or any other disturbances after a one-time warning by administrator;

10.7 在考试结束前，因任何原因提前离开考场的考生；
Candidates who leave the seat due to any reason until the end of the test;

10.8 使用任何威胁语言或行为攻击考试监考人员，经监考人员一次警告后，没有停止攻击言行的考生；
Candidates who fail to stop using threatening language or behavior against administrators after a one-time warning;

10.9 被发现以任何方式将考试内容带出考场的考生。此行为将被追究法律责任，并五年内不允许参加TOEIC考试。
Candidates who are found taking test materials out of the test room will be held liable and prohibited to take any TOEIC test in 5 years.

11.考前、考中及考后，托业*管理中心均有权检视有替考嫌疑的考生的相关信息，包括将信息提交至公安机关等第三方鉴定机构进行鉴定，并根据检视结果对相关违纪行为作出处理。

Before, during or after the test, TOEIC China Management Center has the right to check the personal profile of any suspected proxy tester as well as submit it to third-party identification bodies such as public security organizations, and act against the disciplinary offences based on the identification results.

12.所有考生需要积极配合托业*管理中心对于考试过程中各类舞弊行为的调查和相关行动。托业*管理中心保留对一切违纪考生做出相关处理的权利。

All candidates should cooperate actively with TOEIC China Management Center on any activities regarding investigating cheating of any kind during the test. TOEIC China Management Center reserves the right to act against any disciplinary offences of the candidates.

任何人都有权利和义务维护TOEIC考试的公正性，欢迎举报一切违反考场规则的行为。

Everyone has the right and obligation to maintain the fairness of TOEIC test. You are welcome to report violations of any kind that are against the Test Regulations.
